We want you to be completely satisfied with your EVE LOM purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returning products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original EVE LOM packaging and include the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
